Registered Nurses working at Adirondack Medical center work tirelessly to care for the residents of the North Country. Registered Nurses are there for us at our best and worst moments. Unfortunately, after nearly three years on the frontlines through the Covid-19 pandemic, RNs have fallen to despair by being consistently overworked, short-staffed, and underresourced. It's time to support the frontline registered nurses who support us.
As community residents, patients, and patient family members, we stand with Registered Nurses who are fighting for a fair contract to ensure safe and proper care for our community.
We call on Adirondack Health to invest in our community by negotiating a fair contract that guarantees safe staffing, a safe work environment, and the benefits and wages nurses deserve!
This is our community, our hospital, our nurses.
