Ellis Medicine says they invest in nurses, but their actions tell a different story. Since entering a merger agreement with St. Peter’s Health, Ellis management has cut healthcare services, and cut safe nurse staffing. There are currently over 100 open registered nursing positions, with a turnover rate of at least 20%!
Nurses have had enough. Help fight corporate greed and defend healthcare for nurses and patients in the capital region!
Send a message to Ellis Medicine CEO Paul Milton and St. Peter's Health Partners CEO Steve Hanks demanding they negotiate a fair contract with the respectful fair wages, benefits, and the safe staffing that nurses need to provide patients with the quality care they deserve.
If you have a personal story to share, please add that in the message too!
